Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sprinks, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact our team and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on food items, edible products, or consumables once opened or used.

For non-food items, change of mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition
  • Is in original packaging
  • Has not been damaged after delivery

Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Food & Edible Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Opened edible products, sprinkles, food colours, glitter, icing sheets, decorations, or other consumable items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Unopened edible products may only be returned if approved by our customer service team and must be received in resaleable condition.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund where appropriate

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Allergies & Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information prior to use. Product information is available on individual product pages where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your financial institution.
