During peak periods, sales events, or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship Australia-wide, with selected international shipping options available.

Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

From time to time, Sprinks may offer free shipping promotions or discounted freight offers which will be clearly advertised on the website.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and may vary during busy periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the delivery carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise requested.

Sprinks is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and products

  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.

Sprinks is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
